Lunch with Meanie-mam at the Tiffin Room

I have a spate of farewell lunches over the next few weeks. Returning to Australia is exciting but leaving people like Melanie will be difficult. Nicknamed 'Meanie' (on account of an email typo one day) with the suffix of 'mam' (a standard inclusion when interacting with Indian students), she is an all out fun-loving gal with an adventurous spirit admired by her peers. I will miss her company -- even the merciless ribbing I have to endure for my absent-mindedness. Today's venue was the Tiffin Room at Raffles Hotel.
