Breaking the Rules - Day 17

After yesterday's little foray into interference patterns I decided that today I would break the rule by not breaking the rules. This was really done as an exercise in DoF, something that she-who-must-be-obeyed is struggling to get her head around at the moment. She finds it completely counterintuitive that small number equals large aperture and large number equals small aperture, and that a low fNo gives a narrow field of focus when a high fNo gives a much wider one. I have to admit it took me some time to get my heid aroond it, but eventually it becomes instinctive.
