One year ago today the news reached us that Tanguy, a friend, husband to my dear friend Dorothy and dad to Abbie's dear friend Remy was killed in a hit and run accident...
Still feels unreal and so unjust.

Saw this beam of sunlight piercing the cloud cover this afternoon. In Dutch these rays are called "St. Jacob's ladder" i.e. a stairway to heaven...
