Mystery Albino Bird?

I saw a new mystery bird in the garden today. One I have not seen before. It was small like a chickadee and similar markings but the black cap was a brown cap and it had cream coloured feathers instead of grey...An Albino Chickadee? Anyone seen a bird like this? Sorry not the best pictures but will try again if I see him!
