Boxing Day - Pre Pie Bubbly

Boxing Day, and the ladies of our house broke with tradition. The 7am rise for an early visit to the sales was abandoned, in favour of a lie-in. For the Morrison drivers, this provided a much welcomed, later start to the day. By early afternoon, the ladies had somewhat redeemed themselves by dressing up for the, now statutory, Boxing Day 'left-overs meal'.  Here's our sparkling toast to the Turkey Pie. Slàinte mhath!
