I was given a brilliant cook book from Alex for my Christmas, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child, Louisette Bertholle and Simone Beck.
It's complicated cooking but fun!
Today I am making Boeuf Bourguignonne with Crombies finest T bone steaks.
