Out for brunch - very large plate of pancakes and maple syrup - lovely! Went across the street to Gregs Bagels to get some bagels for the journey home tomorrow (don't like airplane meals). We then went for a drive to The Velvet Chocolatier to buy chocolate toffee bark - delicious!!! J and I then went to Artifact for a healthy snack and tea/coffee - love that place. The inside of Artifact would have been my blip but the neighbours gnomes with a silver birch growing round them won the day. What a lovely relaxing day and evening. Did laugh as the toddler parrot M tried to steal jigsaw pieces as her 'mom' struggled with the 1000 piece puzzle. The puzzle so far has survived a dog with very limited sight and hearing wandering over to the puzzle on the floor - and cats sitting on it - so the parrot had to join in ... We then watched The Hundred-Foot Journey and then I stayed up late to watch Kill Your Darlings with T - drinking beautifully made jasmine tea.
