Catching up..

..been away from my computer for a few days to enjoy Christmas with my family. It's been lovely, but I've also missed a couple of days blip-pictures. Still not sure about this new set up, thought it would grow on me, but it's still a little odd..

Will be doing a few back-blips, so be sure to look back through them too, I think there's some good ones in there..

Been doing an annual report for the met data for Scourie today, and for the newsletter. It's taken all day, but also had a few visitors, and done some other things. Camera Club dates are now fixed, starting on 15th Jan, and running through to 23rd April (Aunty Pop day!)..

Posted a few letters, and called in the hall to check on the mousetraps. Three had done their jobs!

Not going out celebrating the new year tonight, it's never been an important date in our lives, other than marking the end of Christmas..

Another plate from my wild flower book, this one showing The Cuckoo Flower (Cardamine pratensis), The Forget Me Not (Myosotis palustris), The Columbine (Aquilegia vulgaris) and The Daisy (Bellis perennis). Saw some Daisies in flower outside the greenhouse today..
