So Hungry

Our friendly blackbirds are getting through a huge number of apples at the moment.  I am holding back  to 1 a day as it is not actually freezing, but on colder days they are getting through 3, and would like more.  There are 6 blackbirds who visit the garden on a regular basis.  This photo is taken through our kitchen window.
Spent the afternoon in town and the whole place is rocking, we are just having a quiet time at home for a change and not going in for the festivities.  Hope you all enjoy your New Year celebrations.
