The End?

The End? Today marks a full 365 year of blips.  Whilst it has not been a good year health wise it had at least been better and more stable than 2013. Looking back through my blips helps me realise that there have been some good times in amongst all the crap.  I recommend blipping as a wellness tool. 
Will I carry on with it? I'm not sure yet...
