Tuttle Family Selfie

We visited Delamere Forest this morning and did the Gruffalo challenge. It was very cold, but nice and the atmosphere was lovely as there were lots of other families doing the same thing. Plenty of bikers too, which reminded me of my (younger) mountain biking days. Still a load of snow & frost in the shadows, which only tempted SyeTuttle Tuttle Jnr with his snowball making and ice smashing. Tuttle Jnr took his new camera and filmed a few videos. Once the challenge was completed, toes frozen, fingers numb, we headed back to our car for lunch, nibbles & creamy hot chocolate with Baileys. Tuttle Jnr had his own flask of non-alcoholic hot chocolate if you were wondering! On the way home the heavens opened which was nice as we were all dry 'n' toasty in our car.

Despite the grand day out, Mrs Tuttle started to feel a bit rough again. We ended up having a quiet night in then watched other peoples fireworks going off.
