Shopping for oil

The local supermarket doesn't seem very interesting to us any more but we thought you might like to see it. The oil section is always huge in any shop because it is the main ingredient in any Chinese dish. Half a gallon in your noodles. A couple of pints in the rice. If your chicken isn't floating in it then add some more. Lovely.
