Flying away

Walter has gone off to Germany for 10 days - his sisters are over from South Africa.  I dropped him at the airport at 0830 this morning.  I'm flying out on Friday morning for a long weekend there as well.

I actually wanted to try out the function on my camera that allows me to take a picture into the sun - the contrail was a co-incidence.  It will not, of course be his plane, but still, it seemed appropriate to include it.  

I'm not terribly happy with the picture, I would have liked a little more colour in the trees - but when I tried increasing the brightness, the contrast on the contrail was lost.
