Rough

I was out on my bike before 9:30 this morning. It wasn’t the ride I planned (long story) but I enjoyed it. Being New Year’s Day it was very quiet except for Millie the dog who decided to attack my wheels and then chase me for a little way despite being called back by her owner (but I didn’t fall off!!).  It was so peaceful I might go again tomorrow.

This is a flower from a bouquet my niece bought me before Christmas. They’ve lasted very well and I was pleased to get this blip out of them before they go to their final resting place in the compost recycling. I had to faff around a lot to make the flower look rough enough to satisfy today’s challenge.
