Boeuf Bourguignon.
First get about one Kilo of chuck steak from a beast something similar to this.
Then get a good recipe, (I tried to put a link in here to an excellent site but was unable to complete to insert). Follow the instructions to the letter and when complete ask me over for dinner and I'll tell you how good a cook you are
