First Aid

Before I was suddenly made redundant, I'd booked my refresher course for my first aid at work qualification. So today, a week after being made redundant, I got to mess around with a resuscitation dummy, bandage my fellow learners and try and remember all the things that you've got to think about when treating a casualty. Hope I don't ever have to use some of it but it is good to know.
