No point going out today the weather has been dreich.

I have been busy all morning preparing dishes for a special New Year's Dinner.

Time to relax and have a wee dram and listen to some Joni Mitchell. This special bottle of Edradour Whisky was a birthday present from my wife in November. It was distilled in 2000 and bottled in June 2014. It is cask strength, which is 57.1% vol.  

Edradour is world renowned as the smallest traditional distillery in Scotland and arguably the most unique. Dating back to 1825, Edradour, stands alone as the last stronghold of handmade single malt whisky from a farm distillery still in production today.

My blip on Sunday was taken not to far from the distillery.
