The Great Christmas Leftovers Challenge

We roasted a 7 1/2 pound leg of lamb for Christmas Eve dinner. There are only 4 of us, so needless to say, we had a lot of lamb left over!

Here's our first leftovers creation from it, Navarin Of Lamb, mopped with baguette. Delicious!
