Making the effort

Fed up with food now, although I haven't been too much of a glutton over Xmas. Now commences the healthy start to the year. My Dryathon will consist of giving up Coke (the drink obviously!!!) as I dont drink much alcohol anyway. Next stage the exercise plan!!
