A pinch and a punch

A final day of over indulgence as the festive season effectively draws to a close (barring the small matter of a long weekend and twelfth night). We did have a lazy morning in bed until 11am (unless you count getting up and feeding cats - ours and next doors - at 7am, making tea, emptying dishwashers etc.

Got some great music recommendations from friends on Facebook - think I have spent about £50 on digital downloads in the last 48 hours. 

Mr and Mrs Bear came over for drinks and nibbles this evening and we had a very pleasant time attacking the last of the Christmas cheese and cake.

This tin, an overlooked present from TSM, will not be needed for a long time .... I'll be able to live off my fat reserves until at least February ...
