Beer Chicken

Came home tonight and JP and Tara had cooked tea. JP saw this recipe some time ago and he wanted to give it a try. Open a can of beer, insert into chicken and cook in upright position in the oven, the beer then evaporates into the chicken and gives it the flavour!. It did taste nice.. too !!!!
