Nutroast

2015 is here and I'm roasting nuts. Wonderful lazy day at Albert Street (thanks to Jay and Jonathan for letting us have the place to ourselves...well dog sit) with my fave (LB) and the puppies. I loved having free reign in the kitchen to make a nutroast. I made a very lame attempt at making Gnudi...well let's be honest it was a freaking disaster but I'll know for next time, challenge accepted!
