Coughs and a sore throat.

I woke up before six o'clock this morning because of the coughing, so I decided to give in and just get up.  The cats didn't want to go out and I don't blame them because we have had sun, rain, sleet, sun, rain, sun, rain.........  As a result it is an indoor shot today.  I have just watched the message and video and I think I will take my time to digest it.
