The Warmth of Winter

Up bright and early for my drive up to visit Mum.  Thankfully the morning was sunny (the wind and rain having cleared overnight) and the roads relatively clear.  We have spent the afternoon chatting and drinking tea. As light fell I went out for a quick walk and I was lucky enough to see  this beautiful sunset. The cold breeze on my face was really refreshing but I am now glad to be back in the warmth of the house.
