Winter Shadows

My goal of 10,000 steps a day has been out the window over Christmas, together with watching what I eat. I am several stone lighter than I was 10 years ago, thanks to a bit of help from Weight Watchers.
As I write this, my pedometer is showing 9,646 which means our walk this afternoon in the winter sun was just a little bit too short. According to my pedometer walking book, if you want to lose weight walking,  you need to do more than 12,000 steps a day- oops
