Blowing Off

Talyllyn No 6, Douglas, about to blow off.  Too much steam and the safety valve lets some out!  

Apologies for the new years eve silliness.  Intothewildman made the best guess after a few clues.  Jacinta had stopped the train at a little lineside halt just so she could pass me a hot water bottle :-)   The top of the bottle is sticking out of my jacket reminding me of the Kipper incident in Fawlty Towers.   Further comparisons with Basil Fawlty are not required!
