Blowy

A day of two halves. E's former colleague John dropped by today and we went out for a walk and pub lunch.  The rest of the day was very business'y - finalising the TPO appeal, sawing wood and buying some security bits & pieces.

I was happily chatting over the web to the locksmith this evening.  A pleasure and ease to deal with.  In contrast, the locksmith we have to use for some keys has embraced the telephone: a technology only slightly younger than the Victorian Gothic parts of this house.
