Back in training
Soooo, how many people hit the gym today? All good intentions and resolutions?
I took a huge break from Blip about 3 years ago, for various reasons, but work, life and general ups and downs got in the way.
However, just before I had suspended blipping, I'd started going to the gym and lost a total of 12 kg in 3 months.
I've kept training, some of my energy going into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing and a bit of running and cross fit.
I took a few medals in BJJ before work got in the way again and I had to stop training in this.
But I still run, still go to the gym most days, and I've made it a part of my daily life.
So after 3 years I'm pretty much the same size and weight... Although over the festive period there has been a slight weight gain ;)
So it's back to running, and I used to use a running app, a calorie counting app, and Blip.
So here's the vital statistics...
Current weight: 65.5kg
Target weight 64 or less....
Kilometres run today : 10
Time : 52.59 minutes
Aim, to get below 50 min.
Anyway... You don't want to see sweaty selfies.
So here's a Polaroid style blip... Not sure about this commercialisation, but we will give it a go!
