Buttermere Blip Meet.

We set off this morning for Blip Meet in Buttermere.  The weather could have been kinder it was overcast and blowing strongly.  That didn't stop 9 blippers and a number of partners turning up.  Not just from Cumbria but quite a long way away as well.

After coffee (thank you Trevor) we set off to walk round the lake.  One blipper had to leave part way along the route as they had a long way to travel home, having been in the Lakes for New Year.

The rest of us (and the two dogs) continued slowly with many stops as people took shots along the route.  Apart from a few hail stones when we were near the nd of the lake it stayed dry.

We had a great time and it was so good to meet fellow blippers.  One even turned out to have been to school with me! So good that we are planning another in the spring.
