Friday: Winter Harbour

We have started this year as we mean to go on with a little tripette, this time to Rovinj.

It is lovely here out of season.  It's warmer than in Zagreb, and the sea air is just wonderful.  We went for a lovely long walk this afternoon, really soaking up the out of season atmosphere.

It is really interesting to see the streets so empty when normally they are heaving with tourists.  We had a great meal this evening  - lamb shank for K., pork belly for me.
