All Mine!

Push off bluetits, the big boys have arrived.

The neighbours backing onto my mother's garden have an elaborate collection of bird feeders at the bottom of their garden that seem to attract more big birds than small ones.
So far I have seen bluetits, starlings, blackbirds, collared doves, wood pigeons, jackdaws, magpie and a crow - oh yes, and a grey squirrel.

Many jackdaws seem to nest around here in disused chimneys. Nobody seems to have bothered to cap them and they must be just the right size to exclude crows.
