Turducken

Yesterday was a day of confusion, for me and you.  For me, just all the travelling and time zones and lack of sleep.  For you, my mention of a four hour flight from London.  Actually, my flight was from where I was (Montreal) not from where I was uploading.  

So here I am today in the beautiful, but rainy, Vancouver.  This butcher sold us some nice meat and gave us some Irish sausages on the house, AND was happy to have his photo taken.  

We packed the car very tightly and headed north to……. find out tomorrow! 

Turducken - a sausage made from turkey, duck and chicken.  This guy makes extra special ones with goose fat.  These are on the menu tonight.
