Pride comes before a fall

Had to get out on the bike to day - starting to go a little bit mental.

Well, what an idiot. Just because one buys a bike that can go off road, doesn't actually mean one should take off road - I am clearly not fit to drive, as I decided to try and go up the hill that's just to the right of this shot on some old gravel mud path.

Idiot. I got stuck just before the top, and had to gracefully let the bike fall over on its side and then get her back up before gently sliding back down to the bottom of the hill.

What a complete... Well, I'd use a rude word, but this is BlipFoto.

Anyway, thanks to the ruggedness of the bike, and the softness of the ground, no harm done except to my pride.

Just proves that you can buy the best bike in the world, but if it's being ridden by an ejit..... nuff said.
