Rocks walking tour with Brian

Today we did a walking tour of the rocks, the historic district of Sydney first settled by convicts.
our guide Brian was very informative and entertaining. He explained that
conditions in the early colony were cramped, unsanitary and violent, but there was also opportunities for the convicts to start new lives and several became successful and wealthy.
