This year I chose a Christmas tree with the best piney smell I could find. The front room was filled with sensory magic and warmth for weeks. Today it had to come down though.

The Brent Recycling and Reuse centre accepts most things, but I was surprised with what seemed to be parts of a Hindu temple. We've got quite a good one up the road in the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir

Interesting that the goddess appears to be holding a Christmas pudding.
