Under painting...

Just started a small painting...this is the usual water colour under painting.  9" x 9"...and is an interpretation of this blip.  now it needs to dry and then i can apply the pastels.   my goal is to have the painting have the free and somewhat loose feeling of the water colour bit!  We'll see!!!

we're off to Sydney in a bit, shopping and then to movies!  Going to see the afternoon showing of the Hobbit!   leaves us time to have a nice dinner after wards!
