New Year .... new life!

A beautiful morning for a walk in Pollok Estate ..... blue sky, sunshine, joggers, cyclists, dog walkers, children on scooters and me, the lady with the camera!  There are definite signs of new growth, both on the ground and on the trees - buds on the trees and  crocus and snowdrop shoots poking through the rather muddy soil.  This beautiful bud is on one of the magnolia trees and I don't think it will be too long before it opens.
