There are few emotions that top the happy feeling of arriving home when it's been too long :-)

And what a lovely first day at home it was; browsing the quiet corners of Montgomery where log burners are more common than air conditioning and there is no such thing as comparing prices between shops for each sells only one of a kind. Then an evening of relaxed games in front of another log burner and enjoying hospitality that was warmer still.

But not forgetting seeing my very favourite faces. Including this one; he may still know just how to push my buttons (what brother doesn't?) but he also has a real knack for bringing a smile to my face.
