Holiday Aftermath

Well that was fun. Seriously one of the best holiday seasons to date and the kicker? We were completely broke! Not we just have a few bucks in the bank how are we gonna get through... but completely bareassed broke. Poor navigating and planning on our end but hindsight is always 20/20... right?

So? Was it our lack of planning that made the season beautiful? Sort of.... Ill explain. I believe that because there were no expectations it relieved alot of the stress and once we got over feeling like non contributing zeros all we had left was the family, fun and experience. The rest of the family made up for our shortcomings of commercial participation this year and for that I am eternally grateful!

Although I will never, ever repeat said broke ass scenario I will take away the actual, true meaning behind it all and for once stop preaching it and live it. You know, for the kids sake.
