Where the beer is cheaper than water ...

The Czech Republic is renowned for being a nation of beer drinkers. Before I came here I was told that the beer is cheaper than water and, in many cases it is. There's just one tiny problem. I don't like beer. For three years I have tried to like beer. I have sipped from the glasses of friends and colleagues in an attempt to acquire a taste for it. Okay, so it's not as bad as it was when I first arrived here - but it's still not my drink of choice. If you're interested Staropramen is the 2nd largest brewery in the country and it was founded in 1869. As I walked out to dinner this evening I decided to take a few photos of signs. I may not like the drink but I quite like the sign.
