Drummer Boy

I went into town today to have a birthday lunch with my oldest friend Pini.
Before we met I caught the end of the annual commemorations of the Battle of Jersey in the Royal Square. Later on whilst in a shop I dashed out to get this photo as they marched past banging the drum.

I had a lovely lunch with my friend, including a free bottle of rosé, and got the bus home.
