The simple things

It has rained all day and been very grey and dark. Despite this and the garden looking very untidy and neglected, especially the lawn with the 5 hens, this cork screw hazel catkin is so beautiful. 

Lovely family dinner with Mr PB's mum and brother plus our 2 boys. Tomorrow L goes back to Newport. Time to tidy his room tomorrow afternoon!
