It's my 40th birthday – whoop! After spending some quality time with Jack Russells, I had a really lovely gathering with the family complete with a firework-type cake and a "Happy Birthday" song embarrassment in the restaurant. I was relieved that the firework didn't set fire to anything.

Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes. I've been thoroughly spoiled this year.
