Not too crazy a day - Just a couple cases that took over most of it however.  One ongoing case that's now gone to a referral hospital, so fingers crossed for him. 

Got a bit of hoovering done, but not everything yet - hopefully all done by tomorrow.  Twinkly lights are still up and making the place festive and cheery.  Sadly, the mistletoe is past its best... But a sign of change, I guess...
