Ruffled Feathers
I wish the first blip with my new camera didn't have to be through the window but it was snowing and blowing all day. On a happy note, though, I was glad to be able to capture this Yellow-shafted Northern Flicker with the wind ruffling his breast feathers. I like how his spots seems to be floating in front of him. I was pleased to be able to get this much detail through the not so clean window. :))
