It poured all day in NYC so I only have an iPhone shot for a blip.
The Christmas windows at Saks Fifth Avenue are gone but the lights remain. This shot of the Saks lights include the NYPD monitoring the activities of the anti-fur protestors and of course, the ubiquitous tourist taking either a selfie or a shot of the newly cleaned St. Patricks Cathedral.
We passed by this spot on our way to MoMA where we saw the Matisse Cutouts Exhibit and later caught the Robert Altman movie "Vincent and Theo" which was being shown in the MoMA theater as part of an Altman film festival. The movie was dreadful, but at least we escaped the bad weather and the enormous crowds for a couple of hours (and had a little nap.) I have never seen the museum as crowded as it was today.
Looking forward to brunch tomorrow with #3 son and his fiancee before we head home.
