Clear and Cold

The New Year started with a heavy snowfall and plummeting temperatures. This is our front yard and as you can see the boughs are heavy with snow and the sky is blue. Today the temperatures dropped to -30 with a windchill that makes it feel like -42. This is pretty much the same in Celsius and Fahrenheit. However, it is so picturesque that I did venture out, not only to take a few winter photos, but to take a load of stuff to our Reuse Centre.
