Ready for dinner!

Well, its been a while since i've blipped! Here are Spence and Joti in their going out clothes ready to go out for dinner to Grill'd!

Spence is 6, will be 7 in March. He is going into Year 2 this year and we are changing schools. The new school is a public school (so heaps cheaper) and has more kids and facilities. One of his good friends, Tex, is going there this year too so they will be in the same class which is good.

Spence is still a lovely boy. He is quite sensitive and caring which is nice but also does silly 6y/o boy things!! He is getting his tonsils and adenoids out in the middle of Feb because they are massive and causing him some issues. Hopefully that will go well and he will sleep better so will grow more and be more rested!

Joti is 2, turning 3 in April. She is the opposite to Spence! She is cheeky, stubborn, pesky, funny, but can also be really lovely when she wants to as well! She does the funniest things that are usually bordering on naughty but I cant help but laugh!!

They usually play nicely together and it's Joti that is the annoyer if they aren't playing nice! We are all loving our pool! We just have to get the pavers replaced though which is a bit annoying! We can still use it until that happens!

We went home to Victoria for 10 days over Christmas and New Year. It was our first christmas without Mum so we wanted to be with everyone, especially Dad. We had a lovely time! I got heaps of board games for christmas so we played those a lot!

Dad was meant to have open heart surgery to fix a clot in his heart two days before christmas, but they called just as we were getting in the car to go to the bus to take dad to melbourne to say that his operation has been post poned. We are hoping that it will be about the 13th of January. Dad gets really short of breath doing snything so is finding it hard. He is a walking time bomb really. He is doing really well considering all that has happened in the past year!

Kaz and I are great! Our business is going well and we are healthy and happy! Trying to plan a date night once a month and play more board games!!

So life is good! Busy but good!
