Ah Well!

Had all sorts of plans for today including participating in a wheelchair basketball development day but alas wasn't to be. Started feeling a bit unwell yesterday, not quite sure what was going on, but by the time evening came I collapsed into bed feeling so rough. Needless to say I think I have some kind of viral thing going on. Feels like the flu with every bone and muscle in my body aching but no snotty nose or headache. At least that's a positive. Can't even get my body outta bed so it's the view from my bedroom window in between lying down and brief moments of half sitting up that makes my blip today.
Thank goodness for signs of life on the bird station. I am not a good patient.
