Disappointing ........ ......

As I had missed out on all Christmas fare I thought going out to lunch today would be a little reward by having a Turkey roast !!! Forget that one, it was such a disappointment . Suppose there was a small compensation as the food wasn't charged for and a managerial apologie plus plus! I wonder how many other customers had complained ! Still it's a lesson learned, avoid a return any time soon!!
